This is to confirm that we have read and understood all the GUIDELINES, RULES, & REGULATIONS of Themes & Motifs pertinent to the THE PHILIPPINE WEDDING SUMMIT 2010 and agree to abide by them at all times during the entire duration of the exhibit, including its Ingress and Egress.

EXHIBIT GUIDELINES, RULES & REGULATIONS

Themes & Motifs ­ The Special Events Co. (The Organizer) shall provide 2m x 3m BARE / RAW exhibit space(s) from June 26 & 27, 2010. I. PAYMENT A. Final payment: May 31, 2010 B. The Organizer reserves the right to re-assign an exhibit space to waitlisted applicants should any exhibitor be remiss in meeting the deadlines. II. INGRESS A. Ingress schedule: June 25, 2010 (Friday): 1:00 pm ­ 9:00 pm. Last entry is at 8:00 pm. THE PICC FORUM's security shall not allow ingress before and beyond this duration. B. Ingress entrance For 6 to 10-wheeler Trucks : Ingress Point: PICC Forum Loading Docks Ingress through the Loading Bay of the Forum where your exhibit space is located. The Loading Bays are along M. Jalandoni St. (between PICC Forum & Star City) Exhibit Spaces A to H: Exhibit Spaces I to P : Exhibit Spaces Q to Z: Forum 1 Loading Dock A Forum 2 Loading Dock B Forum 3 Loading Dock C

6 to 10-wheeler trucks which shall park & unload at Jalandoni Street (only one truck at a time per loading bay) shall be charged P240.00 per vehicle by the Smartparks (CCP Parking Contractor). Collectors shall be in uniform and have SmartParks IDs to identify themselves. For exhibitors using Ordinary Vehicles (less than 6 wheels) Ingress Point: PICC Forum Front Entrance Enter PICC Gate 1 along V. Sotto St. (facing Manila Bay) and ingress through front entrance/glass doors of the Forum where your exhibit space is located. The glass doors are along Forum Street (in front of the PICC Forum). Exhibit Spaces A to H: Exhibit Spaces I to P : Exhibit Spaces Q to Z: Forum 1 Glass Door Entrance Forum 2 Glass Door Entrance Forum 3 Glass Door Entrance

After unloading exhibit equipment and other materials, exhibitors must park their vehicles at the designated parking areas. The parking areas inside the PICC Complex areas are now being managed and operated by Metro Parking. C. Themes & Motifs Marshals shall be on hand to assist Exhibitors with directions and administrative concerns. Only Exhibitors with full payments, signed Letter of Undertaking, and 4 copies of PICC Property Pass In / Pass Out shall be allowed to ingress.

D. No ID. No Entry. E. Exhibitor IDs shall be distributed during Ingress. Exhibitor IDs are required for personnel who will man the booths during the 2-day exhibit. F. Each exhibitor shall be given three (3) IDs during Ingress. Request for additional IDs should be submitted on or before Friday, June 11, 2010. Beyond this date, there will be a charge of Ten pesos (P10.00) per card including replacement requests for lost IDs. G. Contractors / Workers shall be given a contractor pass each during the ingress. Contractor passes shall only be valid until 10:00 am of Saturday, June 26, 2010. III. EXHIBIT PROPER A. On June 26 & 27, Exhibitors shall enter the PICC through Gate 1. B. Exhibitors will be allowed to enter the Main exhibit hall at 8:00 am. C. Exhibit spaces must be properly manned at all times beginning 9:45 am until 8:00 p.m. on June 26 & 27, 2010. D. At the end of the exhibit day on June 26 exhibitors must vacate the exhibit hall within 30 minutes upon end of show hours. E. Exhibitors shall NOT be allowed to park along Forum Street (in front of PICC Forum) during the exhibit dates. Forum Street parking is reserved primarily for the use of The Philippine Wedding Summit 2010 sponsors, event partners and media partners. F. The parking areas inside the PICC Complex areas are now being managed and operated by Metro Parking. The following parking rates will apply: Type of Vehicle Bus, Truck, Generator Set Car, Van Motorcycle Lost ticket IV. EGRESS A. Egress on June 27, 2010, shall be allowed only at 8:30 pm onwards. B. Exhibitors using ordinary vehicles (less than 6 wheels) may egress through Forum 1's, 2's and 3's glass doors. C. Exhibitors with 6 to 10 - wheeler vehicles shall have to egress through the Loading Bays. D. Parking along Jalandoni Street shall be charged P240.00 per vehicle by the Smartparks (CCP Parking Contractor). Only one (1) truck in the loading bay and one (1) truck on stand-by will be allowed by the CCP police. E. The parking areas inside the PICC Complex areas are now being managed and operated by Metro Parking. F. Please have your copy of the signed PICC Property Pass In Pass Out ready. It shall be collected by the PICC Security upon egress from the Forum. G. All props, displays, other materials and equipment used by the Exhibitors should be cleared from the exhibit area and the premises of the PICC by 12:00 midnight. All materials left behind shall be disposed of by PICC. V. SECURITY A. The Philippine Wedding Summit 2010 IDs shall be issued to all (i.e. Exhibitors, guests, The Organizer Staff and contractors). Exhibitor IDs shall be distributed during ingress. Strictly No-Id-No-Entry.

B. Additional security personnel on top of the venue's general security shall be provided during ingress, exhibit proper and egress; however, exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their goods including, but not limited to, gifts, prizes, exhibits, props, displays, gadgets & equipment and other materials at all times. C. Themes & Motifs Marshals shall constantly be doing rounds to ensure that everything is in order. Concerns / issues may be directed to these Marshals or to the Exhibitor's Help Desk for the duration of the exhibit. VI. SET-UP GUIDELINES A. Proper dress code shall be observed during entire the exhibition, inclusive of ingress and egress periods. Wearing of shorts, sando, sleeveless shirts and slippers, and the like shall not be allowed. B. Displays must not exceed floor area perimeters set by The Organizer and agreed upon by the exhibitor. All displays must not cover air conditioner ducts AT ALL TIMES. C. Maximum height for displays is ten (10) feet. D. Exhibitors shall provide carpet protectors at all times during booth set-up. (ex: Florist preparation area must have plastic mats/cover). Exhibitors using spotlights must mount their spotlights on a ¾" thick plywood board. E. Exhibitors shall not bring anything of flammable or explosive nature, or any apparatus, machinery which cause odors, tremors or noise and which may expose the exhibition, the venue and its participants to fire or increase fire hazards. F. All set-up / displays should be pre-fabricated and pre-painted. Major painting, welding, loud and boisterous hammering and drilling on exhibit set-up are NOT allowed. G. Back panels of displays must be visually appealing. Unfinished back panels shall not be allowed. H. Smoking and drinking during the set-up and the exhibit dates shall not be allowed. VII. MERCHANDISING GUIDELINES A. Only merchandising materials of participating Exhibitors shall be allowed to be displayed at the exhibit. Violations shall be cause for the termination of the erring exhibitor's participation without refund of any and all payments. All other merchandising materials shall be confiscated by The Organizer and returned to erring exhibitor only at the end of the exhibit. B. Distribution of merchandising materials (i.e. brochures, leaflets, etc.) and product samples must be within the confines of an exhibitor's display area. C. Events, products or services not part of the official The Philippine Wedding Summit 2010 List of Exhibitors and Events may NOT be promoted during the event. D. Distribution of marketing collaterals with names, logos and /or contact details of non-participating event, product or service shall not be allowed. E. Cross merchandising among participating Exhibitors shall be limited to brochures and business cards. In keeping with the category zone concept, no other items shall be allowed to be merchandised in other participating exhibitor's display except for decors (typically from participating florists) that shall be used to enhance the exhibit's look. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss in recognition due to cross merchandising. VIII. FOOD AND BEVERAGE A. Exhibitors shall be allowed to bring packed meals or "baon" ONLY during Ingress. B. Bringing of food or having food delivered and eating inside the exhibit hall shall not be allowed during the exhibit dates. Meals for the Exhibitors may be bought from and taken at the PICC - provided Dining Area inside the PICC Forum. C. In deference to Juan Carlo The Caterer, PWS2010 Major Sponsor, caterers and hotels SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED to conduct food sampling. Only wines, cakes, edible souvenir products, alternative desserts & beverages suppliers may conduct sampling. D. Except for wines, strictly NO SELLING AND RETAILING of food and beverage products.

IX. STORAGE There is NO storage inside the Exhibition Hall for packing cases, surplus materials, and other properties of the Exhibitor. No packing cases, surplus materials and other properties of the Exhibitors may be stored behind the exhibit displays, along the walkways and the 2 meter walkway/clearance from the air-conditioning units. Roll up doors, entrance/exit doors and fire exits should also be free from any obstruction. Exhibitors must make their own arrangements for the pull-out of their properties. Exhibitors found in violation of this provision shall be asked to remove their properties immediately. The cost or expense of such removal shall be borne by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall bear full responsibility in the event of any mishap arising out of such violation. X. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & POWER ALLOCATION All electrical mainline connections to the exhibit space must be carried out or inspected by the Official Contractor, RUBERT JAMES EXHIBIT MASTERS. Electrical outlets shall be provided per exhibit space. 500 watts shall be allocated per exhibit space. Beyond 500 watts, the exhibitor must coordinate with the organizers for proper allocation and charges. XI. LIABILITIES A. The Exhibitor shall be held solely responsible and shall be immediately charged for loss or damage to properties of The Organizer, PICC or other Exhibitors caused by themselves, their employees, contractors, and/or their participation in the exhibit. B. Exhibitor assumes all responsibilities and releases The Organizer, its officers & employees, the venue management, contractors and affiliates from any liability for the loss or damage of exhibit items, venue and other properties which may occur during the entire exhibition, inclusive of ingress and egress periods. C. The Exhibitor assumes all responsibilities and releases any rights, actions, or claims against The Organizer, its officers & employees, the venue management, contractors and affiliates, for any liabilities and damages, including, but not limited to, any food-borne illnesses and death, arising out of or in connection with Exhibitors' use of its own products and services for sampling / selling during The Philippine Wedding Summit 2010, inclusive of ingress and egress periods. D. The Exhibitor assumes all responsibilities and releases any rights, actions, or claims against The Organizer, its officers & employees, the venue management, contractors and affiliates, for any complaints, liabilities and damages of whatsoever nature which may be against the Exhibitor, arising out of or in connection with the Exhibitor's participation in The Philippine Wedding Summit 2010. E. Proper decorum at all times is required of all Exhibitors. Any unruly behavior that threatens organizers'/other Exhibitors' life, property, goodwill, reputation, and/or right to an environment that is conducive to conduct business shall cause the termination of the erring exhibitor's participation without refund of any and all payments. XII. OTHERS 1. Picture taking within the exhibit hall is absolutely prohibited except for members of the press. 2. Exhibitors may take pictures ONLY of their own display. 3. As the The Philippine Wedding Summit is chiefly a booking fair, retailing / selling of non-food goods or products, while allowable, is subject to approval of the organizers. Price cards, SALE signage, and other bazaar / "tiangge" merchandising gimmicks are strictly prohibited. 4. In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these Guidelines, the decision of The Organizer shall be final. XIII. FORCE MAJEURE The exhibit may be shortened or postponed due to any cause whatsoever beyond the control of The Organizer. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitor directly or indirectly attributable to the elements of nature or by events of force majeure or any mishaps that may occur during the exhibit run, including orders or directives imposed by any government authority.
