Dr. Zakaria Zaki Al Attal is a pioneer Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)" in the region. Zakaria is an expert trainer for the "CPHQ" since 2005 He conducted more than eleven "CPHQ" preparatory courses to hundreds of health care professionals. Zakaria works as an Independent Consultant with the Joint Commission International (JCI). Zakaria is expert in implementing and introducing quality concepts in health care organizations. He is the director of quality and performance management of the Dubai Health Authority
