ABOUT THE WORK & FAMILY EXPERIENCE

The Work and Family Experience® was established in 2005, as a way to offer working families a corporate discount at The Learning Experience® child development centers. Childcare fees currently rank as one of the top family expenses, only second to mortgage, among working families today. Therefore, it is imperative for single and working parent families to be able to financially afford quality childcare, especially if they need care for their infants and young children 8+ hours a day. With the Work and Family corporate discount at The Learning Experience working families are able to, not only afford their childcare costs, but stay rest assured that their child(ren) are in a safe, nurturing and high quality early childhood program that's affordable and close to work or home.

THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

The Learning Experience® (TLE) is a premier childcare facility with numerous locations throughout the country. It enjoys an impeccable reputation, is equipped with state of the art security, wide ranging enrichment programs, cutting edge curriculum, nurturing infant care and qualified, loving staff. Incorporated into the curriculum are two proprietary programs, Fun With Phonics® and L.E.A.P (Learning Experience Academic Program®) giving children the opportunity to learn how to read and develop academic skills. The TLE curriculum also integrates sign language, Spanish, and technology into classroom instruction. A favorite place at the centers is a learning area called Make Believe Boulevard®, an adorable child size Main Street, USA. The children love to use their imaginations, wear costumes and role play in the various shops on the Boulevard while developing social skills.
