Aqua Aerobics

Utilization of resistance with the water to tone muscle and improve flexibility, while working on the cardiovascular system. All levels of fitness welcome!


Improve your balance and coordination to assure greater mobility. An excellent class for the elderly, brain damaged, and for anyone continuing their physical therapy efforts. Non-members $7.

Conditioning-Body Conditioning Class

Tone it all up with a full body work-out! Use of hand weights, dynabands, and your body for toning and strengthening exercises. Let's work!!

Fit For Life

Geared for the mature adult or beginner, cardiovascular and muscular conditioning to help strengthen the inner and outer body.

Flex-Flexibility Class

Relax while you improve your range of motion and flexibility.

IT-Interval Training

High and low intensity steps with floor work and weights.

Step-Step Power Class

This workout is for all levels of fitness. Low impact with some high impact added, great cardio workout.

Sports Plus

The ultimate challenge...improves agility, balance, coordination, speed, power, endurance, core strength and so much more. A crosstraining class incorporating strength and cardio exercise using resistance tubing, jump ropes, weights, benches, cones, and much more. Beginners welcome!


Zumba routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize the caloric output. Lots of fun, dance and party with us.

Cycle Circuit

This is not your regular spin class; you have 20 minutes of hard spinning, then 20 minutes of conditioning. Great class! Come on in and let's get busy!


A dynamic, athletic fusion of Pilates and Yoga. PiYo is an excellent complement to whatever your fitness routine may be! Increase your overall strength, flexibility and leave energized! All fitness levels welcome!

Just Dance Premier

Come dance with us at 7:00 pm on Fridays. Popular dances from the 70's 80's and 90's and today. No partner needed.


An interval based class that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories in 1 hour. This fat blasting workout makes losing weight fun and consists of shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, and yoga.
