As we begin our 10th season at Fifth Third Field, the Toledo Mud Hens welcome you and your guests to a Memorable and Unique Experience filled with Delicious Food and Great Entertainment. Our exclusive on-site catering team has prepared a great new line-up featuring your favorites as well as some exciting new offerings. We invite you to order your favorites and sample some of our new items. As always our catering team can handle all of your catering needs ­ whether those needs be Suite related, a work function, or a personal event. We look forward to seeing you throughout the year. PLACING AN ORDER

All pre-orders must be placed 3 business days in advance to guarantee delivery time. Please submit your pre-game orders by internet, email, fax, or phone. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation of your order via fax or email, where you will then need to sign and send back to us. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, please call our office to ensure that we have received your order. Orders received after the 3 business day period will be delivered on a first-come, firstserved basis. Pricing does not include 6.75% tax or 18% service charge. SUITE GUIDELINES

All pre-orders must be placed 3 business days in advance, and confirmed 2 business days in advance, in order to guarantee delivery time. Please refer to the chart below for pre-order deadlines.

A credit card number is required to reserve all pre-orders. (American Express, Visa, or Master Card). The Toledo Mud Hens Food & Beverage will accept cash, credit cards, or company checks as payment for all beverage and food orders. If you would like to designate a particular credit card for payment to all charges, you may contact Alice Rychener at (419) 725-4394.

DAY OF GAME

Your food and beverages will be delivered one half hour prior to the start of the event, unless indicated otherwise on the pre-order form. Additional food orders may be made through your suite attendant. Last call will be made during the 7th inning stretch for baseball games, or after the intermission for other events. In the event of a rain delay, last call will be made 3 hours after the scheduled start time of the event. For your best health interest, all unconsumed food is disposed of by the Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club. Beverages left unconsumed must be left in the suite for future use, and are not permitted to leave the ballpark. Attempting to bring food or beverages into the ballpark is strictly prohibited.

CONDUCT

We ask your cooperation in helping us make the private party suites a safe and enjoyable environment. Suite holders and their guests are subject to all rules and regulations governing the use of Fifth Third Field including the prohibitions in creating disturbances, causing objects to be thrown or dropped from suites, using or possessing illegal substances, public intoxication or any other socially unacceptable behavior. The Toledo Mud Hens reserve the right to eject any person who violates these rules and/or threaten the safety and security of our guests and the general public.

RAIN OUT POLICY

If a game is rained out 5 hours before a game, you will not be charged for any food or beverage. If a game has been called after the 5 hour deadline, you will be responsible for all food and beverage charges. The suites will stay open for one hour after the game has been called for the convenience and enjoyment of your guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you may need to cancel an order in an emergency. If you are able to cancel the order 24-hours in advance, you will not be charged for the order. However, you will be charged full price if you cancel your order after the 24-hour notice.

BE THE MOST VALUABLE PLAYER...DRINK RESPONSIBLY

The Toledo Mud Hens have always worked hard to keep Fifth Third Field a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, so we ask for your cooperation in the following: · Guests under the age of 21, by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. · Please refrain from drinking and driving. · It is the representative's responsibility to monitor alcohol consumption. · Alcoholic beverages are not to be brought in, or taken out of the stadium. · It is against the law to serve alcohol to an intoxicated person. Please keep glass bottles in the designated area.

GRATUITY

A portion of the service charge is divided up among the attendants, runners and the rest of the culinary team. Additional gratuity is at the guest's discretion provided they received exceptional service from their attendant.

SMOKING POLICY

Fifth Third Field is a smoke free facility. No smoking may take place within the confines of the ballpark.

HOURS

The Catering offices are open from 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. The Suite Level will open one hour before the start of every game, and closes one hour after the game has ended.
