The Toronto Argonauts and TorontoJobs.ca have teamed up to deliver one of the most comprehensive recruitment events in the Greater Toronto Area.

Our 2010 event attracted more than 3,000 job seekers and over 40 employers.

Our events are advertised to over 500,000 GTA residents by way of social media, The TorontoJobs.ca database of over 200,000, The Toronto Argonauts Database, local newspaper ads & events listings and partnerships with many organizations throughout the GTA. The Toronto Career Fair is an annual event which was established in 2007 as an event to assist in putting Toronto To Work!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a) All prices are subject to HST (b) Booth space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (c) Completed registration forms that are faxed and/or emailed to TorontoJobs.ca will be confirmed booth spaces for the event and space will be allocated based on the discretion of TorontoJobs.ca. All employer space/special requests will be taken into account. (d) On November 3rd, 2011, all employers will be required to have at least one staff present at their booth to ensure all candidates have a fair and equal chance to meet with all employers. (e) Set-up time will be between 8:30am and 10:30am. Take down of employer booths will begin at 5:00pm. Tear down will not be permitted any earlier than the 5:00pm set time. (f) By signing the booth registration form, I hereby authorize TorontoJobs.ca to include my corporate logo within marketing materials. I further represent that I am an authorized representative of my organization. (g) I understand that any verbal representations made outside of this signed insertion agreement will not be binding to either of the parties in this contract. (h) Payment is due upon receipt of invoicing. I understand that interest on outstanding amounts will be charged at the rate of 1.5% monthly or 18% per annum, compounded after 30 days. I agree to pay a service charge of $25 for any returned cheques. I understand that any credit card that is on file with TorontoJobs.ca may be charged for any outstanding amounts due at TorontoJobs.ca's discretion. (i) Due to the timeline of the event, no cancellation will be permitted for The Toronto Career Fair. There will be no refunds allotted to any employer. No exceptions will be made on this policy. If the event is cancelled by the show owner, a refund will be given for the booth space however the Argonauts ticket cost of $27.00 each incorporated in your booth package will not be refunded. (j) Exhibitors who register for the event and do not show up for the event on the day of will be billed according to their signed registration form. (k) As an employer at the Toronto Career Fair you acknowledge and agrees that you shall not use in TorontoJobs.ca's business, or cause TorontoJobs.ca to use, or disclose to TorontoJobs.ca, any information or material which is confidential information or a trade secret of any third party unless such third party authorizes TorontoJobs.ca to receive and use such information or material. (l) TorontoJobs.ca is not responsible for weather conditions or any other uncnotrollable circumstance that may affect attendance. Under no situation will a refund be given. (m) TorontoJobs.ca has the right to refuse any exhibitor registration form that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
