Arlene Inch Chairman of the Board

Coupled with her consistent focus meeting her team's needs, Arlene's innate ability to identify strategic options is a critical factor in TransPak growth. Since the Inch family acquired the business in 1969, Arlene has taken on any role necessary in order to make the business the success it is today. Arlene's personal philosophy of keeping positive no matter what the challenge has served the business since their first major customer, Farinon Electric, a microwave radio equipment manufacturer. In addition to her responsibilities at TransPak, Arlene works to have a positive impact on the community. She is on the Board of Bay Area Tumor Institute as well as the Northern California Arthritis Foundation. Arlene is also a current member of Astra Women's Business Alliance and Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Arlene earned her B.A. from San Diego State University.
