· · Prices ­ All prices are are subject to change without notice. Quantity discounts are available on many products. Please ask your salesperson for details. Internet specials will occur at various times throughout the year online at www.trinityracing.com. Payment ­ Orders will be shipped C.O.D. (certified check or money order), unless prepaid by credit card or bank wire. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Prepaid orders must include freight charges. Company checks are only accepted for approved accounts. Open accounts are available on approved credit only. Orders paid by personal check will not ship until check clears bank. Trinity Racing reserves the right to specify collection of payment by credit card, money order or certified check. Shipping / Freight ­ Parts in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders are shipped UPS ground. For an additional freight charge 3-day, 2-day and 1-day freight service is available to most areas on standard business days. Please specify when ordering. The most practical carrier will be used to ship orders too large or not serviced by UPS. All freight charges are collect. We cannot ship to Military bases, FPO or APO addresses. Shipments to foreign countries cannot ship C.O.D. Claims ­ All claims for damaged or missing goods are the responsibility of, and must be filed, with the Carrier. We will be glad to assist you in a claim against the Carrier. We will not accept responsibility for damaged product or short quantity of product after you have signed our invoice to the contrary. Always check the condition of the merchandise in the presence of the carrier. Will Call ­ Customers, including retail, dealers and distributors, are welcome to "Will Call" their orders at our Anaheim facility. Please notify us prior to your arrival to assure that your order is ready when you arrive. "Will Call" hours are Monday thru Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Orders will be held in "Will Call" up to 10 business days upon notification of completion. Special orders ­ Most special orders will take extra time to process and ship out. Some special orders will require deposit or full payment in advance. Backorders ­ Back orders are automatically cancelled after 30 days. Should you need your order to be held over, you must inform us prior to the end of that 45-day period. At your request only, we will then extend your back order another 30 days, after which, it will be permanently cancelled. You may re-order at this time. International Orders ­ Orders shipped to foreign countries must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. Bank wires are accepted, however, Trinity Racing is not responsible for service fee charges. Returns ­ No product may be returned without a "Return Authorization Number" issued by Trinity Racing. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Product for return must be shipped within 5 business days of number being issued. Returns and refused orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Special order items cannot be returned. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not assure that a credit or exchange will be issued. · Trinity Racing will exchange defective product and ship the exchange freight free to the customer, dealer or distributor. · Trinity Racing must be notified of any shipping discrepancies within 5 business days of your receipt of a shipment. · We will not accept any C.O.D. or freight collect returns. To be eligible for credit, all returned product must be in re-sellable condition (original packing without price stickers, damage, etc...) · Please allow 5 ­ 7 business days after your return has been received for a credit to be issued. We will mail a copy of the credit to you. · All electrical parts are non-refundable unless returned in the unopened and original packaging. Liability ­ The purchaser of any part releases the manufacturer of those parts and Trinity Racing from all liabilities pertaining to the use of those parts. 1) Be sure to get two large cardboard boxes (one about 2 inches smaller than the other). 2) Build the smaller box and insert one inch of cardboard in the bottom of the box (do NOT use packing peanuts). 3) Build the larger box and insert one inch of cardboard in the bottom of this box. 4) Insert your engine into the smaller box and surround the engine with more cardboard, filling any voids around and above the engine. Be sure to tightly package the engine to avoid movement during shipping. 5) Tape up the smaller box and insert it into the larger box. Surround the smaller box with an additional inch of cardboard, including the top of the box. Tape up the larger box. 6) BE SURE TO INSURE YOUR MOTOR! Trinity Racing is not responsible for damages inflicted upon your engine during shipping. Please be sure to insure the engine for whatever you feel it is worth. 7) That's it! Just sit back and wait for the engineers at Trinity to work their magic on your ATV engine!

Two-Stroke Exhaust

The Stage IV exhaust line offers a system for most two-stroke sport ATV models. Trinity Racing's exhaust systems are designed and tested in their tuning facility to maximize the gains received. When developing their systems, Trinity Racing doesn't stop at tuning their exahusts to only perform well on a stock engine, the systems are also designed to keep performing with any and all high performance modifications. The Stage IV exhaust is the only system you will ever need and is offered in raw steel, chrome, and stainless steel depending on application. Designed on stock models, a complete system comes with the necessary hardware but some stock parts may be reused. Please call 877.FASTOYS for details. Jetting is supplied in most kits for stock engine set-ups. For performance engines, extra jetting is available separately upon request.

Having experimented with different types of materials and manufacturers, Trinity's R&D department kept coming back to K&N. The superior materials and manufacturing of K&N offers the best performance available from an air filter. The K&N delivers cleaner air and a lot more of it, which adds to the performance of your bike. Trinity stocks K&N filters that drop right into most bikes. For bikes that don't have a drop-in style filter available, we build kits which include a billet aluminum adapter with a K&N air filter and outerwear, which bolt-up in the stock air box.

Carburetor Kits

Proper fuel and air flow is a very important part of any bike's performance. Stage IV carburetor kits are available to offer you everything you need to convert from your stock set-up to a kit that will add to the performance of your bike. When bolted on, most carburetor kits will add horsepower, torque and better throttle response across the entire rev range. Trinity uses Keihin and Mikuni carburetors to build the kits they offer for most two and four-stroke sport ATV models. Big bore and high performance motors will often require intake system upgrades due to the restrictive nature of stock carburetors. Keep in mind that most stock engines will have better performance by simply bolting on a Stage IV carburetor kit.

Billet Aluminum Heads

Made out of billet aluminum in our own CNC department, our Stage IV heads offer superior quality, performance, and great looks. Going inside is where you really see the advantages of choosing our Stage IV heads, with years of design and testing having gone into the product that we offer today. We even designed a clear head to observe how the water flows through so that we could eliminate any air pockets. Some of the benefits in our line of Stage IV heads over our competitors' heads are as follows: 1. Bolt-on set-up utilizing stock studs (You DO NOT have to replace your studs because we have designed special nuts that reach down to the stock studs.) If you've ever had to remove studs before, you will realize the hasslefree nature of this design. 2. O-ring design (7 o-rings only, 1 on the top of the head, 1 on top of each cylinder, 1 on the top of each dome, and 1 on the bottom of each dome). There are no small o-rings to fumble with around the studs. 3. Interchangeable dome design gives you the ability to replace a worn out dome without waiting for labor time to modify your stock head. It also saves you money in the long run compared to labor costs you could incur with a stock head. Compression changes are quick and easy with a simple switch of your domes. Our Stage IV domes are designed with optimized bowl shapes and squish band angles using the MSV (maximum squish velocity) method. This optimizes the burn rate while increasing horsepower and reliability. 4. Cad-Cam Sure-Flow design was used to create better cooling and reliability compared to the stock head and competitors' aftermarket heads by adding: A. Increased water volume, created by channeled passages added throughout the head body. B. Proper water diversion by flowing water through the passages in the head body and diverting more flow down through the cylinders. By flowing water through the cylinders and less over the combustion chamber, your cylinders will stay cool (good for horsepower), while your combustion chamber stays hot (good for combustion). Some aftermarket heads reverse this, heating the cylinders while cooling the domes, stealing horsepower from your performance engine and possibly damaging it over time. C. For a precision matching process, we employ a quickway boring bar, combined with a detailed Sunnen hone to machine precise diamond-shaped micro-pockets into the cylinder wall. Our precision cross-hatch pattern will improve ring break-in and overall oil retention. Nikasil We can take care of your needs by Nikasil coating a cylinder to re-coating a worn out cylinder. Precise clearance tolerances between the piston and cylinder wall are always carefully measured to guarantee you excellent performance.

Top End Rebuild / Top End Kits Replace a blown up top-end or just freshen up your engine with a new top-end. We offer complete services to do the job for you or kits that give you the option of performing your own labor (see page 17). Valve Job A properly done valve job can lead to a performance gain of 10 to 15 percent over an average or poorly done valve job, so don't settle for average! Head Modifications If you look at the bottom of the head, you'll see the squish band, an angled ring around the outside of the combustion chamber. The angle of the squish band, coupled with the cc volume and bowl dimensions, determine how the air/fuel charge is controlled as it enters and exits the engine. Trinity uses an MSV formula (maximum squish velocity) which calculates the basis for the proper head design to maximize performance for your style of riding. With the head mod and the cylinder porting matched together, Trinity engineers have created a combustion environment that produces your desired powerband. Trinity Racing offers a variety of engine kits for most ATV models in the four-stroke market. In order to give the customer the best performance and reliability available, we only use the best products offered by top quality manufacturers. Taking the time to design, test, and re-design our kits is the reason why we deliver the best. We work directly with manufacturers when designing their products to guarantee performance and quality in each of our engine kits. Most kits include: Stage IV exhaust, sure-flow tested head porting, combustion chamber modifications, high performance valve job, valve springs, camshafts, performance piston kit, tech support, and other parts that are included for various models. -Kits are available in many different displacement sizes that will differ with each model. -Customer must send their cores in for modifications to most kits. -Kits including just parts are also available (Labor will then be customer's responsibility and could void warranties of parts.)
