The Patrol Leader or his assigned representative is responsible for the inventory and upkeep of Patrol gear. If any item is broken or missing, it is the Patrol Quartermasters responsibility to fix or replaced the items and will be paid for by the Patrol. The Patrol Quartermaster is also responsible to remove all washable items from the patrol box at the end of the campout and wash them. All washable items will then be returned to the Troop Quartermaster at the next Troop Meeting. The Patrol is responsible for their own consumable items. These items must be paid for with Patrol funds and replenished during the shopping trip for the next campout. The Troop Quartermaster will not be providing consumable items to the patrols. Perishable items will not for any reason or length of time be left in the Patrol boxes. Safe food preparation, handling, and storage procedures must be Strictly adhered to.
