ORDER SUSTAINING DEBTORS' MOTION TO REDEEM PROPERTY PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. §722 CAME ON THIS DAY for consideration, the Debtors' Motion to Redeem Property Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §722. The Court, after considering the Motion and finding no hearing necessary and no opposition being noted finds said Motion to be well taken and the relief requested should be granted. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Debtors' Motion to Redeem Property Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §722 is hereby GRANTED. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Debtors shall redeem the 2003 Toyota Tacoma purchased from Toyota Motor Credit Corporation for a total amount of $1,017.32. ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Debtors shall remit payment in full via certified funds to Toyota Motor Credit Corporation within thirty (30) days from the entry

date of this Order. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that provided the Debtors tender $1,017.32 to Toyota Motor Credit Corporation within (30) days from the entry date of this Order, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation shall release the lien against the 2004 Toyota Tacoma and forward the title, free and clear of said lien, to the Debtors immediately. ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that should the Debtors fail to tender a total of $1,017.32 to Toyota Motor Credit Corporation within (30) days from the entry date of this Order, Toyota Motor Credit Corporation shall have the right to immediately repossess the collateral. ###
